Strategy is difficult. A book search on Amazon would reveal well over 600 000 hits on the topic. There is actually no theory on strategy! There are many schools of thought, views, opinions and certain tools and processes, but no definitive menu towards great performance. Success has never been so fragile as witnessed by the decreasing shelf life of strategies and of executive tenure. Furthermore, strategic discussions are not the sole preserve of large multinational profit making businesses. Public sector bodies, charities, and other not for profit organisations have to compete just as much.

Our training work has ranged from typical courses to masterclasses lasting anything from half a day to three days. We have also carried out numerous consultancy assignments sometimes aided by our strategic health assessment  tool which can be completed online by the Board.
